Dr. Ed and his wife Ruth have spent the last 60 years pioneering the modern-day transformation movement founded on biblical principles. They have mobilised 1000s of practitioners to do this work across cultures and vocations. He is the founder and leader of Transform Our World and the author of many books including Anointed For Business: How to use your influence in the marketplace to change the world and Ekklesia: Rediscovering God's Instrument for Global Transformation.

Christy formerly worked in employer brand marketing at Meta Headquarters in Silicon Valley, California where she also had the privilege of serving the global Christians@ employee group. She splits her time between Hawaii, the San Francisco Bay Area, and her global family.

Chuck Proudfit
Chuck Proudfit is President and Founder of At Work on Purpose which ministers to thousands of marketplace people locally in Cincinnati, Ohio and now around the world. He also leads a business consultancy called SKILLSOURCE, and is an advisory board member for Self Sustaining Enterprises, specializing in BIZNISTRY. Chuck holds a degree in organizational development from Harvard University and has served in general management at Procter & Gamble, the Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation. An ordained pastor, Chuck is an elder at Grace Chapel in Mason, Ohio, the author of Citywide Workplace Ministry in a Box, and co-author of BIZNISTRY: Transforming Lives Through Enterprise. He and his wife Jeryl have two children adopted from South Korea. Extending the Korean theme, Chuck holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do under U.S. Olympic Coach Hong Kong Kim.

Glem Dias is an award-winning Leadership Strategist with extensive experience in leadership and talent strategies at major companies like Walmart Canada, Pitney Bowes US, and Morgan Stanley India. He is the Director of the Global Talent Centre at Schulich Executive Education, York University, Canada. Over 25 years, he has guided over 1,000 executives and high-potential leaders across 20 countries. Glem focuses on accelerating millennials to be future leaders and has been published by the Association for Talent Development.
He has served as the Global Director of Strategic Talent Management at Pitney Bowes Inc. and has diverse experience in sectors including investment banking, software, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and not-for-profits. He has worked internationally in the US, Canada, India, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Latin America. Glem has a track record of transforming Christian businesses and ministries by integrating kingdom culture with best-in-class leadership systems.
He has received several awards, including the Pitney Bowes CEO’s Impact Award, HRPA Talent Management Award, HRPA Innovation in Employer Branding Award, and Top 25 Canadian Immigrants Award. A keynote speaker at leadership conferences, Glem has facilitated over 250 global workshops and his work has been published by Forbes.com and other publications. He was selected for the Federal Government of Canada’s External Advisory Committee on Talent Management and served on the board of King’s Christian Collegiate.
Glem has worked with clients such as Starbucks, Home Depot, 3M, DHL, TD Bank, CIBC, Holt Renfrew, Abbvie, and entrepreneurial companies like Flo Energy Solutions, Digital Cement, and Algorithmics. He lives in Mississauga, Canada, with his wife Vinitha and their children Jerica and Nathaniel.

Bryan Elliott
Born and raised in Atlantic Canada, and now in Toronto, a serial entrepreneur and author. Some of his projects include:
Bryan is an entrepreneur, engineer, author, speaker, and philanthropist. He is the co-founder and CEO of Flō Energy Solutions and holds multiple technology patents. Bryan is also the co-founder and chairman of Bee Me Kidz, co-founder and president of M46 Ministries, a board member of Transform Our World Canada, and a board member of EPIC at Work, serving in various advisory roles.
He has authored "More Than Gold" and "As in Heaven," which just launched in June 2024. Bryan also writes blogs and hosts a podcast, sharing his insights on faith, business, and personal growth. Currently, he is working on his third book with his daughter. His adventurous spirit is highlighted by his cycling across Canada, white water rafting in many states and provinces, bungee jumping 364 feet off Victoria Falls Bridge in Africa, and skydiving, reflecting his dynamic approach to life.
Derk Maat

Derk Maat has 51 years of experience working as a professional engineer in the design, construction, operation and process optimization of wastewater, biosolids and solid waste treatment facilities in Canada and around the world. Derk specializes in environmentally and economically sustainable process design utilizing odor control technology that not only eliminates odor but also reduces energy demand associated with wastewater treatment. He has developed and applied the technology in an engineered data driven approach to verify success and performance.
Derk graduated from the University of Waterloo (Civil 1973) with a major in
Sanitary Engineering. Derk then obtained a master’s degree in environmental
engineering (1979) from University of Western Ontario. Derk worked for
Canada’s largest consulting company for over 20 years before starting Maat
Environmental Engineering in 1995 and launching SciCorp International Corp in 2009 and is CEO of both companies. SciCorp has become a global leader in
innovative technology for odor control and wastewater treatment optimization in the municipal and industrial markets. SciCorp now has a presence in 35 countries through distributors and agents and is expanding rapidly to meet demand for odor control, carbon footprint and emissions reduction targets.
